At Eden Salon, we take pride in offering a comprehensive training program designed to equip our Salon Assistants with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the beauty industry. Our assistant program is a 6 month weekly structured hands-on training program taught by an educator, during which you will have the opportunity to work with model clients right away. We provide the support and mentorship necessary to ensure your success as you learn the ins and outs of client interactions and salon operations.

Upon completion of our assistant program, you become a stylist at Eden Salon. During this time, we continue to coach and develop your skills behind the chair to reach your goals.

• Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist stylists with coloring, cutting, and styling services.
• Support stylists in mixing color and shampooing.
• Handle cleaning duties and restock shelves as needed.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, following all health and safety regulations.
• Use salon software to schedule appointments, manage client information, and process payments.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and provide information to clients.
• Count inventory and assist in managing stock levels.
• Attend weekly in-salon education sessions.
• Commit to learning and progressing towards becoming a stylist.
• Undertake additional tasks as required to keep the salon running smoothly.
