• Properly make subs following company procedures
• Practice and promote the 7 Principles of Success
• Provide top‑notch customer engagement and service
• Assist in food preparation and ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support teammates and promote a positive team culture

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year or more experience in a quick‑service restaurant (preferred)
• Minimum age 18 to operate slicer equipment
• Food handler certification (Serve Safe or equivalent)
• Reliable transportation

• Excellent menu and product knowledge
• Positive, enthusiastic personality
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment
• Strong communication skills with guests
• Commitment to continuous learning and participation in training programs
• Reliability and ability to meet scheduling requirements

• Competitive pay: $15–$18 per hour, plus tips
