Job Description
$27.53/hr + weekly O/T
M-F Day Shift - Home Daily! AVG 50-55hrs per week- Robust vacation package - up to 1 week in first year, and 2 weeks after year one

TBC is seeking an experienced Class A CDL Dump Trailer Driver, based out of our Pen Argyl, PA facility. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maneuvering dump trucks for regional deliveries, hauling aggregates or similar materials, and providing exceptional customer service to our partners.
Here is some insight into what your day-to-day will entail:- Operates dump truck to transport and deliver bulk materials such as stone, sand, soil, or product loads to customer sites.
- Safely loads and unloads materials, including proper use of dump mechanisms in accordance with company procedures and DOT regulations.
- Obtains and maintains accurate delivery authorization and pickup documentation. Verifies shipment documents such as load tickets, bills of lading and work orders.
- Completes daily DOT pre-trip inspections and required logs. Submits and verifies accuracy of all documentation.
- Responsible for the cleanliness, upkeep, and routine maintenance checks of assigned vehicle. Reports issues, accidents, and damage to the leadership team.
- Maintains and submits all trip-related receipts and expenses.

Maintains accurate records for documents, gas cards, receipts, and load tickets.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL), Class A required
- 2+ years of commercial truck driving experience
- Experience driving dump trucks or similar equipment preferred
- Knowledge of applicable DOT rules and safe driving regulations
