Accounting & Finance

  • Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation and month-end closing
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports and cash flow forecasts
  • Monitor daily sales takings, credit card settlements, and marketplace payouts (Shopee/Lazada, etc.)
  • Track inventory costing, stock valuation, and cost of goods sold (COGS)
  • Process staff claims, petty cash, and supplier payments in a timely manner
Tax & Compliance
  • Prepare and submit GST returns and ensure compliance with IRAS requirements
  • Assist in corporate tax computation and liaise with tax agents/auditors
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing in accordance with statutory requirements
Retail Operations Support
  • Reconcile POS system sales with accounting records
  • Manage supplier invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and price protection claims
  • Support consignment, trade-in, and promotional accounting matters
  • Monitor inventory discrepancies and work closely with operations team
Audit & Reporting
  • Assist in annual audit preparation and provide supporting schedules
  • Maintain proper accounting records and internal controls
  • Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as required by management
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience (retail experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of GST and Singapore accounting standards
  • Familiar with accounting software (e.g. Xero, Quick Books, MYOB, SAP) and Excel
  • Experience handling inventory-heavy retail businesses is an advantage
