Accounting Executive; HR

Job Summary

Perform essential accounting and HR administrative functions to support financial accuracy, compliance, and personnel management within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions daily to ensure accurate financial records
• Verify invoices and record bank entries to maintain up-to-date accounting data
• Post journal entries and prepare reconciliations for bank, vendor, and intercompany accounts to support financial integrity
• Support month-end closing activities by preparing and submitting required documentation on time
• Assist with audit preparation and maintain organized filing systems to ensure compliance with internal controls and JSOX standards
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of financial records to facilitate reliable reporting
• Manage personnel records and assist in preparing HR reports to support employee data tracking and compliance
• Perform ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned to contribute to smooth HR and accounting operations

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to utilize it for data analysis and reporting
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems to enhance transaction processing efficiency
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a structured environment
• Prior experience in accounting or finance support is advantageous but not mandatory
