Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL) and Bank Reconciliation.

• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Prepare accurate financial reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance.

• Process supplier payments and monitor cash flow.

• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and other professional service providers.

• Assist in GST reporting (if applicable) and preparation of supporting schedules.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and statutory requirements.

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting procedures and internal financial processes.

• Perform other ad hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3–5 years of Singapore full set accounting experience.

• Able to work independently and manage the full accounting cycle.

• Experience supporting external audits.

• Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, Quick Books or Info-Tech Accounting.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

• Good analytical, organisational and communication skills.

• Meticulous, responsible and able to meet deadlines.

Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
