- Handle daily accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Process invoices, payment requests, staff reimbursements, and business-related expense claims.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist with statutory compliance requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and proper documentation.
- Provide general finance and accounting support as required.
- Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with accounting software would be an advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Strong numerical aptitude, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Stable, full-time employment.
