Are you passionate about creating memorable events and delivering exceptional experiences? Singapore Cricket Club (SCC) is looking for a dynamic and organised Events Executive to join our Member Engagement team.

Key Responsibilities

As an Events Executive, you will:

  • Plan, coordinate and execute a wide range of Club events and member engagement activities.
  • Manage assigned interest groups and member sections.
  • Coordinate event logistics with internal departments, vendors and service providers.
  • Manage event registrations and provide prompt responses to members' enquiries.
  • Prepare event orders, purchase orders, reports, meeting agendas and presentation materials.
  • Record meeting minutes for the Member Engagement and Social Sub-Committee meetings.
  • Ensure all event promotional materials are updated across the Club's communication platforms, including the website and digital signages.
  • Work closely with the Catering Sales and Operations teams to ensure successful event execution.
  • Maintain proper filing, documentation and inventory records for the Events Department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in event planning, hospitality or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational, planning and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required to support Club events.
