Vessel Registration Assistant

Job Summary

The Vessel Registration Assistant supports the registration department for vessel and mortgage registrations, renewals, and documentation of vessels. The role involves maintaining vessel records, checking through registration documents, and liaising with ship managers, lawyers, banks, and vessel owners to ensure proper documentation.

• Prepare and submit vessel registration, renewal, and related documents.
• Maintain accurate vessel records and documentation.
• Monitor registration requirements and certificate expiry dates.
• Liaise with ship managers, lawyers, banks and vessel owners on registration matters.
• Ensure proper filing of vessel documents.
• Provide administrative support and handle general correspondence.

• Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in vessel registration, ship management, or maritime administration is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents preferred.
