Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure alignment with company objectives
Manage and maintain relationships with key clients, including clients from China and the Greater China region
Act as a main point of contact for China-based clients, ensuring effective communication and service delivery
Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements
Support business development initiatives, including onboarding new clients and expanding existing accounts
Prepare management reports, operational updates, and performance reviews for senior management
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards
Assist in strategic planning and implementation of regional growth initiatives
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant managerial or supervisory experience
Prior working experience or exposure to the Great China market is required
Ability to communicate professionally with clients in China (spoken and written Mandarin required)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of business operations, client servicing, and cross-border coordination
Proactive, well-organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
