We are looking for a highly capable Operations & Partnerships Manager who is strong in execution, follow-through, and coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys running operations smoothly, supporting sales and partnerships, and working closely with senior leadership to turn ideas into action.

You will work directly with the CEO and COO, and collaborate with Marketing and other internal teams to ensure day-to-day operations and growth initiatives are well executed.

Key Responsibilities Operations & Administration
  • Support the smooth running of Trehaus’ day-to-day operations
  • Manage administrative processes, documentation, and coordination
  • Ensure tasks, timelines, and deliverables are tracked and completed
  • Improve workflows and operational efficiency where possible
Sales Ops & Partnerships Support
  • Track inbound sales and partnership leads
  • Coordinate follow-ups with internal teams and external partners
  • Maintain CRM, reports, and operational sales materials
  • Support preparation of proposals, decks, and agreements
Project Coordination
  • Manage operational aspects of projects from start to finish, with guidance
  • Coordinate between stakeholders to ensure execution
  • Flag risks, delays, or issues early and proactively propose solutions
Team & Leadership Support
  • Take clear direction from CEO and COO and execute efficiently
  • Work collaboratively across teams
  • Step in where needed — this is a hands‑on role
Who You Are
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Reliable, proactive, and strong at follow-through
  • Comfortable handling administrative and operational work
  • Able to take initiative while working within clear direction
  • A team player who communicates clearly and professionally
  • Enjoys a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
Requirements
  • 3–6 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business operations
  • Experience supporting sales ops, partnerships, or commercial teams is a plus
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working closely with founders / senior management
  • Experience in hospitality, coworking, services, or startups is advantageous
