We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Sales & Operations Management Executive to support and oversee daily business operations, sales coordination, inventory management, and customer servicing activities.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership potential, operational problem-solving skills, and a proactive working attitude. This position is suitable for individuals who are performance-driven, adaptable to Singapore’s business culture, and capable of handling responsibilities independently with management-level thinking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily sales and operational activities

  • Manage customer sales orders, cash collection, and delivery coordination

  • Ensure proper matching of invoices, sales orders, and inventory records

  • Monitor inventory movement, stock accuracy, and operational workflow

  • Prepare and review Statements of Account (SOA) and operational reports

  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal operations teams

  • Support business development and sales growth initiatives

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements

  • Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and issue resolution professionally

  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting standards

  • Assist management in operational planning and execution

Requirements
  • Highly independent with strong sense of responsibility

  • Management mindset with leadership and coordination capability

  • Sales-oriented personality with strong communication skills

  • Active problem solver with good decision-making ability

  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities

  • Experience in inventory software, ERP systems, or accounting systems preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and business administration tasks

  • Familiar with Singapore business environment and working culture

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
