We are looking for a Head of Operations to lead and scale our day-to-day operations, build efficient processes, and ensure the organization has the systems, people, and infrastructure required to deliver consistently high-quality outcomes.

This role combines operational leadership with strong technology capability
. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on operator who understands how to design scalable workflows, leverage technology and automation, use data to drive decisions, and translate business objectives into efficient operating systems.

You’ll work closely with leadership, marketing, sales, product, finance, and other teams to improve operational performance, remove bottlenecks, and build a high‑performing organization.

• Own and lead day-to-day business operations across functions, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals and growth plans.
• Design, document, and continuously improve processes, workflows, policies, and operating procedures.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement technology, automation, and process improvements to increase productivity.
• Own the selection, implementation, integration, and optimization of key business systems and tools.
• Build scalable operational infrastructure that can support rapid business growth.
• Use data and operational insights to identify trends, solve problems, and improve business performance.
• Partner with leadership to translate strategic priorities into clear operational plans and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross‑functional projects and ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
• Manage operational budgets, resources, vendors, and external partners where required.
• Develop and maintain strong controls around quality, compliance, risk, documentation, and business continuity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop operations team members as the organization grows.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience, and scalability.
• Act as a key bridge between business teams and technology teams, ensuring systems support operational requirements.

• Own the operational technology roadmap in partnership with leadership and relevant technical teams.
• Identify repetitive or manual processes suitable for automation.
• Implement workflows using automation, integrations, APIs, AI tools, and no‑code/low‑code platforms where appropriate.
• Ensure business systems are connected and data flows effectively across teams.
• Improve data quality, accessibility, reporting, and operational visibility.
• Assess and recommend software and technology solutions based on business needs, scalability, security, and ROI.
• Lead technology implementation projects, including requirements gathering, vendor management, testing, rollout, and adoption.
• Establish appropriate processes for system governance, access management, documentation, and ongoing optimization.
• Champion responsible adoption of AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity and decision‑making.

• 7+ years of experience in operations, business management, program management, consulting, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading and scaling business operations in a fast‑paced or high‑growth environment.
• Strong understanding of process design, operational planning, performance management, and organizational systems.
• Demonstrated ability to use technology to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to turn data into practical business decisions.
