Roles and Responsibilities of Plumbing Supervisor

  • Overall-in-charge of sanitary, plumbing and sewerage works.
  • With minimum 4 years of experience as a plumbing and sanitary supervisor and have a valid license to practise.
  • Supervise, schedule, evaluate, and assign work to workers and maintain quality control, monitor work progress, and make sure that safety procedures are adhered to.
  • Able to read blueprints and drawings to understand or plan the layout of plumbing, sanitary and sewerage systems
  • Collaborate with other construction professionals or contractors and work in tandem with them to ensure everything goes according to plan during renovation or new construction works.
  • Responsible for the management of on-site workers to ensure smooth operation and the works are carried out in accordance with design drawings, construction specifications and related atlases.
  • Analyse jobs and work order requests to plan material, labour, and time requirements and provide costs estimates when required.
  • Response to emergency situations and provide for plumbing and sanitary service response at all times
  • Attend to ad hoc duties which may be assigned by the Management.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing work saturday and sunday, after 10 pm
