LEADBUILD CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for fit-out and condominium projects. You will manage tendering and bidding, negotiate costs with vendors, and monitor project costs to stay within budget.
The role requires 3+ years’ experience in fit-out projects and a solid understanding of pricing strategies and contract management. You will handle monthly progress claims, subcontractor payments, variations, and final accounts on project completion.
