NORTHCROFT LIM CONSULTANTS PTE LTD seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, tender preparation and cost reporting for complex projects. You will prepare documentation for tendering, monitor cost variation and compile costing summaries for client approvals.
In this role you will liaise with consultants, main contractors and suppliers to resolve project cost issues, ensuring accurate costing in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
