Reporting to the Managing Director and interfacing with project consultants. The duties are focused on the end-to-end execution of a project, encompassing technical, financial, and regulatory compliance:
Plan, organise, control, and direct construction activities to ensure the project is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Coordinate with external stakeholders, including developers, subcontractors, and authorities.
Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and establishing quality assurance programs.
Monitor project progress against established budgets, manage subcontractor contracts, and prepare detailed progress reports.
