My client in Wales is looking for an interim Building Surveyor to come in on an Interim basis for an initial 12 months with likelihood of extension.
It will be 3 days definitely on site/in the office, however for the remaining 2 days you will need to be able to reactively respond to potential call outs.
The main objective of the role is to maintain/refurb the organisations portfolio.
Interviews and start dates will be ASAP.

The advertised compensation is 42.000 - 62.000.
