What you’ll be doing
- Lead the development, management, and safeguarding of the corporate identity and all brand assets across internal and external platforms
- Conceptualise, design, and produce marketing collateral, publicity materials, newsletters, and digital content in line with corporate branding guidelines
- Ensure consistency of visual and messaging standards across all communication touchpoints
- Plan and execute internal communication campaigns to engage staff and foster organisational pride
- Oversee and maintain the corporate photobank, including planning and coordinating photography and visual content needs
- Manage projects including events, photo shoots, video productions, and other communications initiatives
- Collaborate with internal communications teams, key stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver high-quality outputs
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior communications staff on branding and design best practices
- Ensure all communications outputs adhere to corporate standards, branding guidelines, and governance requirements
- Contribute creative ideas to strengthen the organisation’s brand image and elevate internal engagement
- Bachelor Degree in Communications/ Marketing/ Graphic Design or related studies
- 5 – 7 years of working experience in brand management/ corporate communications/ marketing, preferably within a healthcare setting
- Strong proficiency in graphic design and visual content creation (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualise and execute high-quality branding and internal communications materials
- Experience in managing photography and video content for corporate communications
- Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across internal teams and external vendors
- Attention to detail, creative thinking, and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all materials
