Position: Customer Service Officer (Call Centre) - JL

3-Month Contract | Extendable up to 1 Year

We are partnering with a government agency to hire Customer Service Officer to support their customer service operations.

Work Location: Toa Payoh

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls to assist customers with enquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the system for tracking and follow-up.
  • Resolve issues promptly or escalate them to the relevant department when necessary.
  • Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE O-Level qualification.
  • Preferably with customer service experience in a call centre environment.
  • Only open to Singaporeans.
