Job Description & Responsibilities
- Follow up call from responses received.
- Responsible for booking and confirming customers’ appointments vial call /message and email.
- Responsible for maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Telemarketing / Customer service-related
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls to the relevant personnel
- Maintain accurate records of documents.
- Provide administrative support.
6WD Per week
9am-7pm (1hrs break)
1pm-11 (1hrs break)
Location:
107 North Bridge Road, #04-01 Funan Mall, Singapore 179105 (City Hall MRT)
Working Hours:6 WD per week (Night, 10 hours/day Included 1 hrs break)
Benefits:Performance Bonus (Subject to individual and company performance)
