The Membership Services Associate supports the Club’s daily front office operations while assisting with membership administration and services. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to members and guests, managing front desk activities, and ensuring membership processes are handled efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front desk operations and attend to member and guest enquiries via walk‑in, phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely manner
  • Support membership services, including applications, renewals, updates, and general account enquiries
  • Assist with billing‑related enquiries and coordinate with Finance where required
  • Issue membership cards, car decals, and prepare related documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date membership records in the system
  • Prepare and provide weekly and monthly membership transaction reports
  • Manage and update corporate nominee changes, ensuring records remain current and compliant
  • Process and issue reciprocal introduction letters in accordance with Club requirements
  • Handle reinstatements (including payment processing) and termination of defaulter memberships
  • Prepare and process refunds for transferred or resigned members, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to Finance
  • Support Club events (e.g. AGM, Open House, special events) as part of the operations team
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Membership Manager and/or Management.
Job Requirements
  • GCE "O" Levels or Diploma with 2–3 years of experience in customer service / hospitality / front desk roles
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Member-focused with a positive attitude
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good attention to detail and meticulous in handling membership queries
  • Performs scheduled rostered shift including weekends.
