Associate Dentist – Penarth, Glamorgan

We’re looking for an Associate Dentist to partner with us on a self-employed basis at our established Bupa Dental Care practice in Penarth, Glamorgan.

  • Up to £25,000 NHS Potential Earnings (No UDA targets)

Your role

You’ll deliver a broad range of private and NHS treatments, in line with the NHS Wales reform framework, including:

  • Comprehensive exams and risk-based recalls
  • Preventative and oral health care
  • Routine and complex restorative treatments
  • Urgent and emergency care for new and existing patients

You’ll manage your own patient cohort, focusing on long‑term outcomes, access for new patients, and prioritising clinical need—giving you more time to deliver high‑quality care.

Established with 6 light and airy surgeries, experienced longstanding associates in situ, supported by a team of fully‑trained qualified professional support staff.
