Role Overview

Are you a Welsh Speaking Learning Support Assistant looking to make a positive impact in a Secondary School environment? Do you have experience supporting pupils with ALN and helping them achieve their full potential? Are you passionate about working alongside teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons?

The school is looking to take on a Welsh Speaking Learning Support Assistant on a temporary basis with an ASAP start. The successful Welsh Speaking Support Assistant will be supporting pupils with ALN on both a one-to-one and small group basis, while also assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery, classroom activities and maintaining a positive learning environment across Key Stages 3 and 4.

• Experience working with children or young people within an educational setting
• Experience supporting pupils with ALN
• Fluent in Welsh
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting learning
