Job Title
SEMH Mentor
OverviewCoundon Court School is building brighter futures for all its students. We are seeking a highly qualified SEMH Mentor to support learners experiencing social, emotional and mental health barriers. You will work under the direction of the Inclusion Manager and deliver tailored support to students throughout the school day.
Responsibilities- Provide one‑to‑one mentoring, group mentoring and academic support to students in Student Services who experience SEMH barriers.
- Assist students in accessing their lessons and required resources.
- Deliver specific support before school, during breaks and after school as appropriate.
37 hours per week / 39 weeks per annum.
ChecksSuccessful candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and a social media check.
