Salary
:
Grade 4 – £25,989 – £26,403 pro rata for 25 hours per week for 45.8 weeks per annum.

The Governing Body wishes to appoint two 1:1 Teaching Assistants to work as part of the small and dedicated team at our school. Previous experience of 1:1 work would be advantageous. As a federated school, there may be occasions when you will be required to work at Penrhyn VC School.

• Provide support for identified pupils
• Assist in the preparation and clearing of materials and displays
• Contribute to the delivery of individual learning plans
• Assist with pupils’ personal needs
• Implement related personal programmes, including social, health, hygiene, first aid and welfare matters
• Supervise and support pupils ensuring their safety and access to learning
• Encourage pupils to interact with others in activities and to act independently and behave in an appropriate way
