We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Teaching Assistant to support young pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is a temporary, long‑term assignment with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. The successful applicant will provide one‑to‑one support, demonstrating empathy, flexibility, and responsiveness to each pupil's individual requirements.

• Inspire and motivate pupils while effectively supporting colleagues.
• Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.
• Listen attentively to pupils to understand and respond to their individual needs.
• Adopt a resilient approach, employing tailored teaching strategies.
• Utilise your experience working with SEN pupils to deliver targeted support.
