We're recruiting an ALN Teaching Assistant to join a highly regarded Specialist Resource Base within a school in the Vale of Glamorgan.
This role would suit someone who understands that every child learns differently and is passionate about helping pupils achieve their potential.
Your role :- Support pupils with Autism, ADHD and complex learning needs
- Assist with personalised learning programmes
- Promote communication, emotional wellbeing and independence
- Work alongside teachers, therapists and support staff
- Create a calm, inclusive and engaging learning environment
- Teaching Assistant qualification desirable
- Experience in education, care, youth work or support roles
- Understanding of Additional Learning Needs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Resilient, empathetic and adaptable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
