Senior Site Quantity Surveyor​/Site QS Engineer; Quotation & Tender; East​/5D​/site

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Quantity Surveyor (Quotation & Tender) (Based in site) and to request quotations, price comparisons and negotiations. To prepare quotations, bills of site control & submit sub-contractor claims and payment. To monitor and update monthly cost report to across project lifecycle within the budget. To meet with technical team, sub-contractors and suppliers for work progress purposes.

• To monitor and update monthly cost report to across projectlifecycle within the budget.
• To meet with technical team, sub-contractors and suppliers for work progress purposes.

• At least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or Construction Management or equivalent.
• Min 10 years & above experiences as a QS responsible in quotation and tender.
• Able to handle the QS full job scope until project lifecycle.
• Able to work closely and communicate with client & sub-contractors.
• Have good problem-solving skills and able to meet tight deadline.
