Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and improve manufacturing and production processes
- Analyze workflow, equipment performance, and production data to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Support process troubleshooting and root cause analysis for operational issues
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams
- Prepare process documentation, SOPs, and technical reports
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen projects
- Assist in commissioning, validation, and process qualification activities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum [1] years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and engineering principles
- Familiarity with CAD software, PLC systems, or automation is an advantage
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering documentation
- Experience in [specific industry: semiconductor / pharmaceutical / oil & gas / food manufacturing / electronics / construction, etc.]
- Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems
