Responsibilities
- Handle and prepare full set of accounts for the company
- Liaise with related companies on accounting matters
- Prepare budget and management reports
- Manage cash flow and financial planning
- Verify accuracy and validity of invoices and vouchers before approval
- Liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of statutory audits
- Liaise with bankers and handle related financial matters
- Oversee and administer the financial aspects of operations
- Report directly to the Finance Manager
- Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week
- Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- Mature, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Adaptable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of integrity, loyalty, and honesty
- Able to read between the lines and understand unspoken expectations
- Street-smart with strong situational awareness
- Trusted to handle sensitive matters discreetly
- Mature judgement and consistent follow-through on commitments
