Job Summary

Join Phillip Nova as a Financial Sales Associate to drive business growth by acquiring and managing client relationships, delivering tailored derivatives trading solutions, and providing expert market insights in a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire and manage client relationships by delivering tailored derivatives trading solutions that meet individual investment profiles
  • Educate clients on financial market trends, risk management techniques, and effective trading strategies to empower informed decision-making
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and achieve sales targets
  • Monitor existing customers’ trading activity to assess evolving needs and provide timely trading support to enhance client satisfaction and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive after-sales service and ongoing client engagement
  • Stay informed on market developments to offer clients valuable insights that support their investment goals
Required competencies and certifications
  • Pass CMFAS examinations: RES5, RES1A, RES2A, CM-EIP, and CM-SIP as mandated for regulated financial advisory roles
  • Minimum Diploma qualification, preferably in finance or related discipline
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Demonstrate entrepreneurial drive and a positive, sales-oriented mindset to build and grow a personal client portfolio
  • Exhibit a strong interest in equities, finance, and commodity markets to effectively engage clients and identify opportunities
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on client needs and business objectives
  • Experience in sales, finance, or trading is advantageous; training provided for fresh graduates or career switchers
