Project & Policy Support Executive; Social Service - JL

What the Role Is

We are seeking a Management Executive Officer (Casual) to support project implementation, data management, and operational coordination initiatives.

The officer will play a key role in supporting technology implementation projects aimed at enhancing client safety and well-being within residential care settings.

You will support the following areas:

• Assist in the implementation of new technology initiatives to improve client safety and well-being.
• Monitor project timelines and track deliverables to ensure milestones are met.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to support project progress.

• Perform data collection, data entry, and data coding tasks.
• Liaise with partners to consolidate and analyse relevant datasets.
• Support the preparation of reports and dashboards to inform policy and operational decisions.

• Support tender evaluation processes by extracting key information from proposals.
• Prepare summary reports and evaluation materials for assessment panels.

• Provide general administrative assistance where required.
• Coordinate meetings, documentation, and logistical arrangements for projects and engagements.

• Degree in Social Sciences, Healthcare, or related discipline.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Experience in the social service sector or healthcare sector will be an advantage.
• Exposure to project coordination or policy-related work will be beneficial.
