Healthcare Hospital​/Clinic Operations Senior Executive

What you'll be doing

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow and service delivery
• Support manpower planning, rostering, and operational coverage across clinic functions
• Monitor and improve operational processes, SOPs, and service standards
• Liaise with doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and external vendors to ensure smooth coordination
• Ensure compliance with guidelines, clinic licensing requirements, and internal policies
• Manage operational incidents, patient feedback, and service recovery where required
• Prepare operational reports, track KPIs, and support management in decision-making
• Assist in implementing new services, systems, or process improvements within the clinic
• Support audit readiness, documentation, and quality assurance activities

• Bachelor Degree level in Healthcare Management/ Business Administration or related studies
• 3–5 years of relevant operations experience, preferably within a specialist clinic, hospital, or healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of clinic workflows, patient services, and healthcare compliance
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment
