Aesthetic Clinic Therapist & Sales Consultant Position

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Clinic Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for aesthetics and the commitment to providing the highest level of care to our patients. You will be responsible for performing as well as assisting our aesthetic doctors with a range of non-surgical aesthetic treatments.

• Candidate must possess at least a secondary school GCE “O” Level or equivalent.
• Required languages: effectively bilingual in verbal and written English and Chinese to communicate with patients in person, over the phone, and via messages.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field is required.
• Proficiency in Plato and MS Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel is an advantage.
• Well-groomed with a strong service-oriented attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team player, and able to work well with colleagues across functions.
• Independent, proactive, and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision.
• Able to commit to retail hours.
• Candidates with no relevant experience but who are fast learners and possess a keen attitude to learn are welcome to apply.

• Provide hands‑on treatments to patients and assist doctors with aesthetic procedures.
• Advise patients on the necessary treatments and products.
• Aptitude in sales/proven track record in sales – without hard selling.
• Assist with front‑desk and reception duties.
• Follow up with patients on pre‑and‑post treatment enquiries.
• Perform basic administrative duties such as ordering of stocks, updating patient details into clinic’s system and other adhoc duties as required.
