Active Care Group in Penarth is seeking a Children's Support Worker to assist our new client at home and in the community on Tue/Thu 3pm-7pm and Saturdays. The role involves working with a 2:1 care team for an 11-year-old girl with complex needs and requires driving on some shifts.
