JOBSTUDIO PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Front Desk Administrator to support patient registration, admissions, discharges and transfers in a hospital environment.
You will ensure accurate data in the hospital management system and assist with outpatient scheduling while guiding patients through processes and wait times. You will handle billing queries and explain bills, Medi Shield Life, Medisave claims and insurance details, coordinating with finance for discrepancies.
