  • Oversee day-to-day healthcare operations to ensure smooth, timely, and patient-centred service delivery.

  • Monitor patient queues, capacity, and service throughput across registration, triage, consultation, diagnostics, and medication fulfilment.

  • Coordinate with medical teams to manage priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and support efficient patient flow.

  • Coordinate operational logistics, including courier arrangements, billing, medication processes, and follow-up appointments.

  • Supervise front-line staff to ensure accurate registration, identity verification, financial counselling, consent documentation, and billing processes.

  • Monitor manpower deployment, staff attendance, shift coverage, overtime, and agency staffing requirements.

  • Conduct staff training, refresher sessions, and competency checks to maintain operational standards.

  • Maintain SOPs, workflows, checklists, and operational processes in line with regulatory and organisational requirements.

  • Support compliance with healthcare licensing requirements, audit readiness, PDPA, workplace safety, and business continuity procedures.

  • Monitor operational data and prepare dashboards and reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Work with IT teams to track system incidents, downtime processes, and operational technology issues.

  • Manage vendors and collaborate with medical, pharmacy, radiology, finance, and other stakeholders to support seamless operations.

  • Monitor billing accuracy, inventory levels, stock reconciliation, expiry management, and cost-control measures.

  • Manage incident reporting, investigations, patient feedback, and service recovery activities.

  • Conduct post-incident reviews and implement improvements to processes and SOPs.

Requirement
  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Business Management or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
