Job Scope:
Assist doctors and healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient service delivery.
Demonstrate basic skills and knowledge in patient care services.
Perform all neurophysiological and neurosonographical diagnostic tests as ordered by doctors.
Handle preliminary test reporting.
Record test results in the computer and submit reports to doctors for review.
Ensure timely dispatch of reports to clinics and wards within the stipulated timeframe.
File reports properly for easy retrieval.
Use consumables and supplies appropriately and cost-effectively.
Monitor and replenish stock levels of supplies and consumables.
Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment.
Check and calibrate lab equipment regularly, including emergency equipment, to ensure proper functioning.
Maintain service and maintenance records of all equipment.
Handle patient feedback, enquiries, and perform service recovery when necessary.
Participate in service quality programs and activities.
A Diploma / Degree in Medical Laboratory Science / Biomedical Science / Biotechnology or equivalent
Preferably 1-2 years of related work experience in clinical service.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
