Human Resources Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and job offers
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
• Source candidates via job portals, Linked In, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain recruitment records, reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Diploma or Bachelor s Degrees in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration/ Business Management or equivalent
