Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist (In house)

THE ROLE

The Talent Consultant is responsible for managing end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned business groups and geographies. This includes requisition intake, sourcing strategy, interview coordination, offer development, and hiring manager advisory. You will act as a trusted talent advisor, ensuring hiring decisions align with Company’s values, culture‑add philosophy, and hiring standards.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, data‑driven decision making, and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, global environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, from intake to offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and interview plans
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, referrals, and talent pipelines
  • Coordinate and manage interviews, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience
  • Guide hiring managers on COMPANY hiring practices, interview do’s and don’ts, and culture‑add principles
  • Facilitate candidate evaluation, calibration discussions, and hiring decisions
  • Prepare and present offer proposals, partnering with Total Rewards and HR as needed
  • Communicate offers clearly to candidates, including compensation, benefits, and company's culture
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and COMPANY policies
  • Maintain accurate data and documentation in COMPANY recruiting systems
  • Contribute to recruitment projects, process improvements, and regional or global initiatives
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
  • Experience recruiting in a matrixed, global organization
  • Exposure to technical hiring (engineering, product, or hardware roles) is preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience partnering with compensation or Total Rewards teams on offer strategy
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong semiconductor hands on experiences for a minimum of 4 years
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in hiring for APJ countries
  • At least 10 years of total experiences and 4 years in high tech environments
PREFERRED ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
