Talent Manager, Recruiter, Employee Relations
Job Description:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, salary proposals, and offer management.
- Oversee employee onboarding processes, conduct orientation programmes, and ensure accurate data updates in Workday and e-HR systems.
- Process and manage employee Work Pass applications in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Provide guidance to managers and new hires on HR policies, onboarding workflows (Workday and Beeline), and employment matters.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for recruitment processes in Workday and support HR projects and vendor coordination.
Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degrees in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration/ Business Management or equivalent
