Job Summary

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process by developing targeted search strategies, sourcing and assessing high-caliber candidates, and managing senior stakeholder relationships to deliver impactful hiring solutions that drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to analyze hiring needs, align recruitment strategies with business objectives, and define role requirements for effective talent acquisition
  • Development of new clients across Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, China)
  • Design and implement targeted candidate search strategies to identify and attract high-quality talent across multiple sourcing channels including databases, networking, referrals, and market mapping
  • Execute comprehensive candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment processes to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and career motivations, ensuring alignment with client expectations
  • Prepare and present detailed candidate assessment reports to clients to support informed hiring decisions
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination to ensure seamless candidate experience and successful placements
  • Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with clients and candidates to foster repeat business opportunities and generate referrals
  • Consistently achieve individual revenue targets and contribute proactively to team performance and business growth
Required competencies and certifications
  • Valid CEI certification (Company sponsorship provided, subject to bonding agreement)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in agency recruitment and/or executive search
  • Proven ability to recruit within specialized sectors such as Semiconductors, Fin Tech, Healthcare, or other niche industries
  • Demonstrated experience engaging and managing senior stakeholders at Director and C‑suite levels
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; degrees in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields are preferred
