Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Dev Ops Engineer to build, automate, and optimize modern and deployment pipelines.
In this role, you will work across cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and security to enable scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.
You will operate independently, act as a subject matter expert, and actively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities- Build and set up development tools and infrastructure using CI/CD best practices.
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.
- Automate cloud infrastructure, deployments, and configuration management.
- Ensure systems and pipelines are resilient against security threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure and deployment challenges.
- Continuously monitor, optimize, and improve system performance, reliability, and security.
- Apply continuous improvement techniques to enhance development efficiency and delivery quality.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and improvement.
- Strong hands-on experience in Dev Ops practices and CI/CD implementation.
- Expertise in Continuous Integration, Delivery, and Deployment.
- Experience with Cloud technologies and Cloud Automation Dev Ops.
- Proficiency in Container Orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
- Solid understanding of Security best practices in Dev Ops environments.
- Expert proficiency in Continuous Improvement Techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in Dev Ops tools and methodologies.
- Experience in Configuration & Release Management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
