Job Description

The Interfaces Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing and supporting daily system integrations between multiple systems and the e‑HR platform.

The role ensures end-to-end operability, data accuracy, and timely resolution of interface-related issues across OSIT/WOG systems, external applications, and cloud-based platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interfaces Operations & Support:
    Manage all daily system integrations between internal/external systems and e‑HR, ensuring successful and accurate data exchanges.
  • Support five concurrent interface tracks, coordinating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), middleware teams, interfacing counterpart systems, and external suppliers to ensure end-to-end interface operability.
  • Manage all inbound and outbound system interfaces from OSIT/WOG systems, including external interfaces, external projects, eServices, Internet portals, commercial cloud applications. Provide daily operations support, including batch job monitoring, error detection, and timely issue resolution.
  • Monitor interface error logs and ensure incidents are investigated, tracked, and resolved within agreed timelines.
  • Change Requests & Enhancements:
    Provide operational inputs for the development and deployment of Change Requests (CRs), including participation in requirements gathering and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Data Analysis & Issue Resolution:
    Profile, analyse, and investigate data issues or discrepancies using tools such as Microsoft Office (especially Excel), SAP programs and queries, SQL scripts (as provided by the Authority). Provide analysis, consultation, and recommendations to OSIT/WOG systems to address operational and data-related issues.
  • Coordinate with HR data owners when manual intervention or man‑in‑the‑loop decisions are required.
  • Coordination & Reporting:
    Perform secretariat duties for stakeholder and internal meetings, including meeting coordination, minutes preparation, action tracking. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentation slides for forums and review meetings as required.
  • Maintain project resource assignments, track progress, and initiate corrective actions to address deviations from project plans.
  • Documentation & Data Management:
    Perform manual data uploads where required by the Authority. Review, propose, and update documentation, including but not limited to standard operating procedures (SOPs), authority approval documents (e.g., file upload/download approvals), data catalogue. Education

    Qualification:

    Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computing, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
Required Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of Information Technology, with emphasis on SAP HCM ERP environments.
  • Proven ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of advanced functions.
  • Working knowledge of SQL programming is preferred.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Team-oriented, responsible, and conscientious.
  • Resourceful, independent, proactive, and responsive in a fast‑paced operational environment.
Required Working Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Prior experience in SAP HCM ERP is preferred.
  • Experience in operations support, including end‑user support, troubleshooting, and testing, is preferred.
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Excel and applying advanced Excel functions is preferred.
  • Working experience in SQL programming is preferred.
