Salesforce Developer; Low Code

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Low‑Code Engineer with Salesforce expertise to design, configure, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using declarative tools.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience across one or more Salesforce Clouds and strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Design and develop Salesforce solutions using declarative / low‑code tools.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, flows, and process automation.
• Implement and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data insights to support business decision‑making.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution design documents, and configuration guides.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, and post‑go‑live activities.

• Hands‑on experience in at least one Salesforce Cloud:
  Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, and strong experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform configuration.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.).
• Experience in low‑code solution design and process automation.
• Strong analytical, technical, and project management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
