Technology Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Engage business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
• Analyze existing systems, processes, and infrastructure, and recommend improvements or enhancements.
• Support the implementation, configuration, and integration of technology solutions across platforms.
• Provide technical advice and guidance during project planning and execution.
• Assist in system testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in technology consulting, systems implementation, or IT project delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, or digital transformation projects will be an advantage.
