Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Salesforce expertise to support the analysis, design, and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions.

The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into scalable Salesforce solutions.

The candidate will play a key role across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through user acceptance testing (UAT), with a strong focus on governance, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions aligned with organizational goals
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements‑gathering sessions
• Document business requirements, functional specifications, and business process flows
• Collaborate with Salesforce technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and configuration
• Support Salesforce solution delivery across various clouds
• Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario creation, execution, and defect management
• Ensure alignment with project governance, compliance, and public sector standards
• Act as a liaison between business users, project managers, and technical teams
• Support change management, training, and post‑implementation activities as required

• Hands‑on Salesforce project experience
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, etc.)
• Experience with one or more Salesforce Clouds:
  Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Strong experience with the Salesforce Lightning Platform, including configuration and customization
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project delivery methodologies
