Job Description

• We are seeking a System Administrator with strong hands‑on experience in Linux and Windows administration within an on‑premise environment.
• The role involves infrastructure support, application troubleshooting, system security patching, and operational maintenance across enterprise platforms.

• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows operating systems in an on‑premise environment.
• Support and maintain enterprise applications including Elastic, ISAM, and Kafka.
• Maintain and update operational and configuration documentation.
• Perform system monitoring, health checks, and incident resolution.
• Execute disaster recovery (DR) procedures and support recovery testing when required.
• Review security vulnerability reports and apply necessary patches and remediation actions.
• Troubleshoot system, middleware, and infrastructure‑related issues in coordination with cross‑functional teams.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies using technical documentation and online resources.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in system administration.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Linux and Windows administration (On‑Premise environment).
• Experience supporting Elastic, ISAM, or Kafka applications.
• Experience in system patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Good to Have Experience with AWS cloud environment.
• Exposure to Red Hat Open Shift.
• Experience with Git Lab for CI/CD or version control.
