What you'll be doing

  • Partner with clinical departments to identify, design, and implement data analytics solutions that support operational and strategic decision-making
  • Lead development of data models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to generate actionable healthcare insights
  • Oversee charge code creation by applying service and billing rules to ensure accuracy, compliance, and cost-effectiveness
  • Analyse impact of service changes, revisions, workload trends, and performance indicators to guide business decisions
  • Manage preparation of timely financial and operational reports, including service-level cost and revenue analysis
  • Develop and drive data analytics strategy, including data extraction, transformation (ETL), and integration with visualisation and AI tools
  • Establish automated reporting templates and dashboards for recurring performance tracking across departments
  • Monitor key metrics and evaluate outcomes of initiatives to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
  • Lead process automation efforts to enhance accuracy and efficiency in reporting and analytics workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align data insights with organisational goals and healthcare priorities
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Finance/ Business/ Data Science/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Economics or related studies
  • 3 – 4 years of working experience in data analytics, business intelligence, healthcare analytics, preferably in a Healthcare setting
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, and data visualisation tools
  • Experience applying data modelling, data mining, and business logic to large and complex datasets
  • Good understanding of forecasting, predictive modelling, and performance analytics techniques
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights, dashboards, and actionable business recommendations
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Experience working with stakeholders across clinical, operational, or business teams
  • Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
